With body painting, I really love to try and adapt the design as much as I can to the model's anatomy (the bone and muscle structure, particularly). It makes things look more natural when the design naturally follows the model's movement. But this example here was really just a rehearsal, the real photo shoot will take place ... tomorrow !
With a little luck, I should be able to get some nice shots and post them very soon.
